Post-Pandemic Pack to School
Dear Friends,
This year, summer vacation carries with it a special meaning for the children of Israel. After having endured so much—a global pandemic followed closely by a war with Gaza—tensions and anxiety have been high.
That’s why this year, we’re making a special effort to instill hope in them and to start their year off with a big hug. The excitement that comes with a fresh school year will mark a welcome change for their young minds.
Since the year 2000, Vision for Israel has undertaken to provide school bags for at-risk children, and those living below the poverty line. To this day, we have had the pleasure of blessing over 278,000 children across the country with school bags and supplies.
Each padded orthopedic backpack is stuffed with essential school supplies and comes at a cost of $50.
This year we’re preparing to distribute 2,500 school bags to children going into the primary grades. And to make it even more special, it will be done in a festive atmosphere.
Thank you to all of our devoted volunteers and faithful donors. Without you, we would never be able to bless these children this year. It’s not too late to support this important mission for the at-risk children of Israel.
