The End of the End
You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day

Dear Friends,
With global anti-Semitism coming on like a tsunami, with increasingly bigger waves, we are on the precipice of seeing the greatest return of the Jewish people to their homeland. It seems that threats are coming at our people from every side, and naturally many people want to return to their roots.
However, Israel has seen its own share of perilous times recently. Over 4,000 rockets and missiles were launched against the Israeli people as of May 10th, 2021. This violence came from the terror groups of Hamas and Islamic Jihad, both funded by Iran. Innocent people and children in Israel, of all ethnic and religious backgrounds, have been targeted as they take shelter and refuge wherever they can.
As always, God’s word is here to guide us. In Psalm 91:5, He says, “You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day…” Though we may be going through tough times, God’s word provides a balm to our souls.
The greatest supporter of global terrorism and the threat to Israel’s existence is Iran. As you have likely heard, Iran has enriched its weapons-grade uranium to over 60%. Once it is enriched to 90% they will be able to produce nuclear bombs to be placed on guided warheads. They are reaching this goal fast, and refuse to engage in productive negotiations. Israel is quickly and steadily running out of time.
A spokesman for Iran’s army issued a statement saying: “The destruction of the occupation regime in Jerusalem is the greatest goal before us and the greatest goal we are striving for. We will not back down from this ideal by one millimeter, even if we are torn to pieces.” And he added: “The fake Zionist regime must disappear and it will surely disappear.”
Human lives and souls are at stake. Eternity is approaching and everything we do now to save His people is important. God’s word gives us many promises. He says that Jerusalem is the eternal capital of Israel, and the Jewish people will return to the land of their forefathers in the end times. One day soon, which we all hope for, Yeshua, King of Kings and Lord of Lords, is going to take up His throne in Jerusalem and we will all witness the greatest outpouring of God’s Spirit and glory falling upon the Jewish people. His Word promises a national deliverance and salvation. We are to be like the midwives who aid in giving birth to His plans and purposes.
“Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you.”
Isaiah 60:1-2
Though over 22,000 missiles launched against Israel in the last 15 years, we as believers need to take action. Here at VFI, we partner and provide secure shelters for the people of Israel. We are taking up God’s cause for His people now and until the end of time.
